-_Construction Contract Administrator_ Some responsibilities may include but not limited to:
-Manages and reviews all contracts and/or financial agreements for owner approval and see through to execution -Ensures and processes all new contract compliance measures including pre-lien filings, Certificate of Insurance (COI's) and OCIP tracking and administration.
-Provides contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy -Keeps Project management Team and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
-complete and submit pre-qualification packages -Balancing of contract financials -Accounts Payable/Receivable -Coordination of billing between our Clients, Vendors and our Project Management Team -Works with our clients to expedite prompt processing of invoices and receiving prompt payment by maintaining a payment schedule -Invoice for material deposits; progress billings; and final billings -Effectively and efficiently handle Client requests -Prepare and distribute time-sensitive materials including but not limited to; insurance; appropriate licenses; and safety documents -other clerical duties as necessary We need a dynamic player to join our team that possess the following attributes:
-Must have at least 3 years extensive Construction related Contract Administration experience including adherence to all contracting principles and procedures -Experience with (GAAP) General Accepted Accounting Principles and Accounting software systems such as QuickBooks; Textura; ProCore -Must have knowledge and experience in Spreadsheet (MS Excel, Numbers) and Word processing (MS Word or Pages) software Ability to apply arithmetic concepts such as fractions, ratios, percentages and proportions to real scenarios -Possesses superior attention to detail in order to spot inconsistencies in contracts -Has previous experience in customer service and strong communication skills -Able to work productively independently and as part of a team -Must have excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills Job Type:
