The Team Member position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support, while working closely with the Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.
This position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators.
This position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks Comfortable working in a fast paced environment Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact Physical Requirements (approximately 67-100 percent of a scheduled shift):
Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion (substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers), visual acuity, talking , hearing and ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
